7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of The Inner Circle FBA. If you join and decide it's not right for you within the first 7 days, simply email us and we'll refund your membership fee in full — no questions asked.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee on all new memberships. If you are not satisfied with The Inner Circle FBA for any reason within the first 7 days of your membership start date, you are entitled to a full refund of your subscription fee.

To request a refund under this guarantee, simply email us at support@theinnercirclefba.com within 7 days of your payment date with the subject line "Refund Request". We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Upon processing your refund, your access to the Discord community will be revoked.

Setup Fees

For Mentorship tier members, a one-time setup fee is charged at the time of joining. This setup fee covers initial onboarding, account configuration, and your first strategy session. Setup fees are non-refundable once your onboarding session has taken place.

If you request a refund within the 7-day guarantee period before your onboarding session has occurred, the setup fee will also be refunded in full.

Renewals & Ongoing Subscriptions

After the initial 7-day guarantee period, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.

If you forget to cancel before a renewal and contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your membership and stop future charges, contact us at support@theinnercirclefba.com. Please include your name and the email address used to subscribe. We aim to process all cancellation requests within 1 business day.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not remove you from the community until your current period ends.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are always willing to work with you to resolve any issues. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension from the community and any future membership.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where:

  • The member has violated our community rules or Terms of Service
  • The member has shared proprietary leads or content outside the community
  • A refund has previously been issued for a prior membership
