How The Inner Circle FBA earns commission on third-party links — and why it never affects what we recommend.

Last updated: May 2026

The short version

The Inner Circle FBA is a participant in the Amazon Associates UK Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn commission by linking to Amazon.co.uk. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

We also participate in other affiliate or referral programmes for tools, services, and retailers we personally use to run our UK Amazon FBA business — including software providers (e.g. SellerAmp, Sellerboard), business-banking partners (Tide, American Express), and cashback platforms (TopCashback, Quidco, Honey, Pouch).

What this means in practice

When you click an affiliate link on our website or inside our Discord community and complete a qualifying action — typically a purchase or sign-up — the partner pays us a small commission. It costs you nothing extra. The price you pay is exactly the same whether you use our link or go to the partner's site directly.

Commission helps fund the free tools we publish (the FBA fee calculator, the BSR estimator, the catalogue scanner free tier, the long-form guides), and lets us keep the price of our paid Inner Circle membership tiers low.

It does NOT change our recommendations

We only recommend tools, retailers, and services we personally use or have used to operate a UK Amazon FBA business at scale. We will never recommend a product solely because it pays a higher commission. Where two competing products both work, we say so — and we'll note when one option pays us a commission and another doesn't.

If we ever stop using a recommended tool ourselves, the recommendation comes off the site — even if the commission relationship is still active.

Where you'll see affiliate links

Affiliate links appear in the following places on our site and Discord community:

  • UK retailer guides at /uk-retailers — links to retailers we source from
  • Tools comparisons at /vs and /best — software + service recommendations
  • Long-form guides at /guides — tools and services referenced in content
  • The catalogue scanner at /catalog-scanner — Amazon UK product links auto-include our Associates tag
  • Discord channels #📦-equipment, #💻-softwares, #💸-cashback, #🏦-business-bank — all links in pinned messages are affiliate links

Where space permits, individual links are also tagged or labelled as affiliate. The absence of a label on any specific link does not mean it isn't affiliate — assume any outbound link to a commercial product or service may be.

Cookie + tracking notice

Affiliate links typically rely on cookies set by the partner's website to attribute the sale back to us. These cookies are set by the partner (Amazon, Sellerboard, Tide, etc.) — not by us — and are governed by their own privacy policies.

For full information on cookies set by The Inner Circle FBA itself (session cookies, referral cookies), see our Privacy Policy.
